Alice is the Events Manager at The Saldanha Family foundation and is responsible for the planning and coordination of the various charitable events held by TSFF in Australia and India. A teacher by profession, Alice has dedicated her life to the cause of educating and assisting young people reach their goal of attaining a good education. Alice has teaching experience in India, Qatar and Australia.

While in Bombay, she was involved in several charitable institutions which supported aiding the poor and helpless people dwelling in slum areas, by providing them with food and medical aid. She also visited the elderly in old age homes, bringing them joy and comfort by spending quality time, either by just talking/reading/writing a letter and leaving them with a tight hug promising to return the following week.

Along with her husband Vincent and two sons Alvin and Alan-Paul, she decided to migrate to Australia in 1987. Currently, she works as a Learning Portfolio Administrator in TAFE, thus continuing her support and encouragement to the young people. She continues to visit the elderly and hopes to carry out the good work here in Perth which is what brings most joy and happiness to her heart.
